Not your client&#8217;s.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;That is just when YOU want or need to talk to them.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192 &#8220;Their lives happen<br>\u2192 365 days of the year, not just<br>\u2192 When you plan to speak with them.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then she said that in between the big moments, clients are often:<br>\u21b3 Frightened by the media.<br>\u21b3 Nervous about the markets.<br>\u21b3 Thinking they missed something.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;You have to connect more in THEIR MOMENTS&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She recommended her communication mix:<br>Weekly<br>\u21b3 Automated financial update.<br>\u21b3 Simple problem\/solution content<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monthly or as needed<br>\u21b3 Personal service updates &#8211; what her team specifically did.<br>\u21b3 Quarterly reports, annual reviews, and other touchpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;That&#8217;s what grew my practice.
